I had an air conditioner I purchased from an e-commerce site installed by this company.
I chose them because of their high Google reviews and their proximity to my home. Their response was very quick, and their pricing was clear and tailored to my specific needs, so I decided to hire them.
The explanations during installation were thorough and easy to understand, and they had the friendly demeanor you expect from a local company.
My other air conditioners are nearing the end of their lifespan, so I'd like to contact them again when I need to replace them.

I contacted them after seeing their website and customer reviews, and they promptly conducted an on-site inspection and provided an estimate. I requested the replacement of two air conditioners that I had provided, and I was very grateful that they responded immediately after notifying me of their arrival. I imagine it was difficult due to the challenging piping route, but they did a better job than before. Thank you so much for kindly answering all my questions, even the smallest ones.

(Translated by Google) I found his contact information through AI; he had excellent reviews, and since he was near my house, I called him. That same evening, he sent me a quote, which I found very reasonable. On the day of the installation, he arrived at the agreed-upon time, explained the work, and was very friendly from the start. He worked very hard, even though it was very hot, and did an excellent job, which is why I'm giving him 5 stars. If I need any other electrical work or air conditioning installation, I will definitely call him again.

I consulted with KD about the load-bearing wall issues in my house, the extremely narrow space above the window making it difficult to install even a slim air conditioner, and the lack of existing wiring and circuitry for the air conditioner. They provided a detailed explanation and an estimate on the spot. The actual installation and power supply work were also done carefully. I had previously had an air conditioner installed in my house about six months ago, and although I didn't get multiple quotes this time, I thought their price was quite reasonable. I recommend consulting with KD if you have an air conditioner installation that seems difficult.

I was amazed by the speed of their response!!
I requested a quote online the evening before, and received it around 7 AM the next day. I had requested quotes from three other companies, but theirs was clearly the cheapest, so I called them a little after 8 AM when they opened for business. They said they could accommodate me during a break in the afternoon that day, so I didn't hesitate to ask them!
Not only was their phone service excellent, but when I met them in person, I could really feel their sincerity. I truly felt that I could entrust everything to this person without any problems!
I was on paid leave from work that day, so I only helped out a little, but I never expected to receive such words of gratitude for such a small amount of assistance!
This time, I happened to get quotes from four companies and chose KD because they were the cheapest, but I felt that they provide customer service that goes beyond just the price.
Above all, even someone like me who is not good at socializing could talk to them without any hesitation!
I was very happy to have paid them with such a comfortable feeling!! We would definitely like to ask for your services again when we build our new house.

Thank you so much!! 🙇‍♂️
